What payment methods are available?

Café Kawaii accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

What currencies are available?

The default currency on Café Kawaii is USD. 

What is the general time frame from purchasing to shipment of my package?

It usually takes 1-2 business days to receive payment. Once payment is received, we then start the process of ordering your product from our supplier warehouse. Most suppliers will have your package shipped 1-2 days of receiving payment. Please see shipping times for estimates to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and United Kingdom.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Our shipment times depend on our suppliers and the shipping methods of our suppliers. At present, the shipping times from shipment date are as follows:

For Ring Light products:

  • Australia: 20-41 days
  • New Zealand: 20-40 days
  • United States: Within 30 days 
  • Canada: 20-40 days
  • United Kingdom: 20-40 days

For STARRY FOREST Nintendo Switch Cases and other STARRY FOREST products:

  • Australia: 20-41 days
  • New Zealand: 13-20 days
  • United States: Within 30 days 
  • Canada: 15-30 days
  • United Kingdom: 20-40 days

For Kawaii Pink product range:

  • Australia: 13-20 days
  • New Zealand: 13-20 days
  • United States: 30-35 days
  • Canada: 15-30 days
  • United Kingdom: 20-40 days

For Drinkware and Wheat Straw Collection products:

  • Australia: 13-20 days
  • New Zealand: 20-40 days
  • United States: Within 30 days 
  • Canada: 15-30 days

Please note: These times are estimates. However, we aim to only use tracked shipments to ensure you know and we know where your product is at all times.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Café Kawaii aims to only provide tracked shipping. However, in the event that there are no other shipping methods offering tracking, we will notify you via e-mail and offer a refund.

What do I do if I haven't received my order in the specified time frame?

Use our Contact form and flick us a message. Using the tracked shipping services, we will contact our suppliers and do our utmost best to get to the bottom of this! You will receive one e-mail from us acknowledging we have received your query and we will continue to update you on the status of your item until the issue is resolved!

Why do multiple items arrive separately?

Most suppliers to Café Kawaii have a limit of how many items will be shipped per shipment per order. 

But don't worry - you will only be charged the price per item displayed on the product page and the shipping price at checkout (if applicable). No more, no less.

Can you detail the refund/return process?

  1. If your item is defective/you are not happy with your item, use our Contact form to let us know. 

    Please note: 
    For returns/defective items, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to submit a request for a refund and/or return.

    All items will be sent with tracked shipping to record dates of shipment, transit, and delivery.

  2. We should respond within 1-2 business days requiring any further details. If your product is the wrong size, colour, or model, you will need to provide photographic evidence so we can check against the order you have made. If your product is defective, you will need to provide photographic evidence.

  3. Once further details have been provided, we should respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the item for inspection (for returns and change of mind purchases only).
  4. Once inspection is complete, if your return has been approved, we will initiate the process to start your refund. The refund process can take anywhere between 3-5 business days from the date of approval. 
  5. If you would like another item to replace a defective one, simply follow this process and once you have been refunded, place a new order.

Can I exchange an item?

Technically, no. You can return an item you no longer want within the 30-day period conditions listed in our Refund Policy and Refund/Return FAQ and receive a refund. You can then place a new order if you wish.
